Hypnotherapy can be super powerful and I have had incredible results making changes in my life after being hypnotized.
Once I understood the power of this modality, I wanted to share it with others, so you too could feel the changes you’ve been seeking in your life quicker than you ever imagined!

What is hypnosis?
But I don't like being out of control.....
The great thing about hypnotherapy is that you are in TOTAL control! You can hear everything I say and you are making a decision on if you want to believe it or not. Being in hypnosis simply opens the door to your subconscious and makes you more open to the suggestions that you want to believe in your life.
Can anyone be hypnotized?
Yes! In fact, you go in and out of trance all day long. Have you ever daydreamed? Or right before you drift off to sleep, you know that good sleepy feeling? That’s all trance and it’s actually a really normal way for your brain to rest during the day.
What is a session like?
During a hypnosis session, you are in total control. We meet to decide what types of things you would like to believe in order to make the changes in your life that you desire. Maybe you’d like to believe that you are a non-smoker, or you are confident. Whatever it is, you tell me and we map out a plan together before you start the hypnosis. Once we start, I simply relax you into a trance and then tell you all the things that you want to believe. You’re much more open to my suggestion then you would be in your regular conscious state, and so you are typically able to make much quicker improvements in your life than by trying to ‘effort’ in your conscious day to day life.
How long does it last?
The session will last about an hour, but the results can last a lifetime.

I have an Infinite Possibilities Life coaching program certification, I am a certified happiness coach and am a member of the International board of coaches and practitioners. Additionally, I hold a degree is a psychology from Castleton University.
