My wish for you?
That you can choose to follow what serves you and can ignore all the rest.
There will always be noise out there, even after covid-19 becomes less important in our day to day life.
But what about the inner noise?
The noise that says you can’t do it, you have to learn one more thing before you can do “the thing” or that whispers “will never work”.
These internal dialogs can be just as debilitating as quarantine and knowing what to focus on (and what to ignore) is super important.
Creating this shift in your subconscious is so effective because it takes away the work!
What if?
What if shifting could feel easy and you got to pick and choose what you decide to follow?

And if you want to make this coffee take 2 tbps of instant coffee, 2 tbsp of sugar and 2 tbps hot water and whisk it until your arm falls off! Then plop it on top of some cold (or hot) milk. I used coconut milk because it’s my favorite! Yum!

I don’t feel a lot of stress right now. I mostly feel really hopeful.
I’m sending warm thoughts to those impacted and those who care for them.
I am appreciating having my husband home and having space to be creative.
I’m taking care of my health and watching how I feel. I’m eating well and not drinking. (I had some wine with dinner a few times last week and decided that wasn’t helpful for my immune system)
I watch the news to see what’s necessary but not to the point of getting overwhelmed.
I’m getting dressed and exercising and keeping my routines with meditation.
Im taking today to focus on something new that called to me.
What if?

Sunday night, I booked the red-eye and came home from LA.
If I talk about sending light and love around the world in my meditations, I decided it was time to walk the talk.
Although I was in a small group, there was a larger group of maybe 100 in the room next to us, we shared hallways and stood in line together for the bathroom.
The call had begun to stay at home, distance not because you are fear but because you care about others who may not be able to handle the virus when it gets to them.
I felt the energy of that and when my husband and I talked about me being a cog in that wheel, I decided that it was time to go.
Now I am in self-quarantine since I went through LAX and was at that big hotel with all those people. I see it as a way to show I care about my community not just talk about it or meditate on it.
It's one of the topics of this week's podcast. I also share some good shows and books that may help you while you're at home too.
You don't have to be in fear to make the decision to #stayhome. We are spiritual beings in a physical world. Take care of yourself and take care of others. Nobody is immune from spreading it, unknowingly to someone whose physical body can't handle the virus.

When I'm working with clients my thoughts are always "Faster is better".
I want shifting to be fast.
I want processes to be fast?
Because the majority of our patterns happen in our subconscious and so the shifting needs to happen there too. If we delay, or take a long time to work through changework, your conscious mind has a chance to come in and derail our work together.
Faster is better.
This is why I believe affirmations are great for conditioning but NOT for changing. If you are trying to change using affirmations you are working against yourself.
There is a MUCH more efficient way to shift and begin living how you want to live instead of working towards how you want to live.

I am fooling only myself when I say my mother exists now only in the photograph on my bulletin board or in the outline of my hand or in the armful of memories I still hold tight. She lives on in everything I do. Her presence influenced who I was, and her absence influences who I am. Our lives are shaped as much by those who leave us as they are by those who stay.
32 years since my mom transitioned. It’s still scary to love things that death can touch but I’m learning and loving more every single day.
