- Competitive income: This commission based position has an OTE for the year is $106k at 15% close rate (which is very low for these leads) with a tremendous upside, accelerators and bonuses built in.

- You’ll be working M-F taking 2-5 calls per day with inbound leads coming straight to your calendar.
About you:
- You love working from home and don’t need in person interaction to be happy and upbeat.
- You’re a great communicator both verbally and on paper.
- You are self driven and no one ever needs to micromanage you. You’re known for your self-discipline and drive.
- You have previous excellence in sales that you can prove, even better if it’s high-ticket sales selling coaching programs.
- You’re open to feedback because you want to improve.
- You have SKY HIGH Integrity. Doing the right thing and saying NO when someone is not a fit has to be more important than making the sale.
Ideal candidates will also:
- You’re confident with a 1-call close and a short sales cycle and you are an incredibly fast learner.
- You must love sales and be open to how we found works best. (And the way that will make you the most income!)
- It’s your job to help people see the truth of their situations and understand how we can help change the trajectory of their lives, so you must be able to guide people to the truth even if that is uncomfortable.
It’s not for you if:
- You’re not comfortable being on the phone all day or showing up to lead someone to their solution.
- You take things personally and like to take shortcuts.
- You want to run things your own way and aren’t open to learning how we do things.
- You’re new to sales or only have done MLM sales.
- You are building your own coaching business and doing this to supplement your other venture.
