Use our proven script, based on thousands of successful calls, to uncover the truth, guide people to real breakthroughs, and help them open the door to transformation.

You have a background either in coaching, therapy or sales/closing.

You aren’t willing to continuously improve. We have very high standards because we owe it to people who need our help. You must be willing to review your own calls and continuously improve and refine your approach.
You have a tendency for people pleasing. This role requires being courageous in helping people see the truth, and having a real breakthrough in their life.

Location: Remote
Type: Part time 1099 contractor
Time Commitment: Approximately 5 to 10 hours per week
The Role
This role exists to provide continuity, clarity, and grounded support for clients as they move through the Navigate experience.
As a Mindset and Clarity Coach, you are responsible for managing the client account from onboarding through completion of the program.
You serve as a consistent point of contact and ensure the client experience is coherent, supported, and ethically held.
Your work is not about influencing outcomes or changing minds. It is about helping clients understand their own perception, regulate their nervous system, and access clarity with agency intact.
This role combines mindset coaching with light administrative responsibility and requires both presence and follow through.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the client account from onboarding through program completion, ensuring continuity and clear communication.
- Support clients at three key points throughout the program using our clarity based framework.
- Facilitate focused one on one conversations designed to help clients move out of confusion and into grounded self trust.
- Help clients regulate when they are emotionally activated and orient to what is true for them.
- Track client themes, insights, and progress across the program to maintain continuity of care.
- Attend team meetings and complete required notes and documentation.
- Work inside our database and communication systems to respond to clients accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to support clients without creating dependency.
Required Background and Skills
- Formal certified coach training is required.
- Board certification in NLP -Neuro Linguistic Programming is a plus.
- Ability to hold differing viewpoints without agenda or reactivity.
- A well regulated nervous system and emotional maturity.
- Strong communication, boundaries, and follow through.
- Comfort with technology including databases, CRMs, and digital communication tools.
Availability and Structure
- This is a part time role with flexible scheduling within US time zones.
- You must be available to support clients at designated moments throughout the program.
- You must not be actively building or promoting your own coaching or therapy business.
This Role Is Not For You If
- You need to convince or persuade people in order to feel effective.
- You struggle to stay grounded when clients are emotional or uncertain.
- You are looking for full time hours or a primary income source.
- You prefer minimal structure or dislike documentation and systems.
